Shipping 

Order processing times: Collection pieces ship next day after order. Custom pieces may take 3-8 weeks to build prep and prepare to be shipped. One of a kind pieces vary between 1-3 weeks to ship. Each piece is unique and demands attention to detail.  

Domestic and international shipping options. At this time Necknotz only ships Domestically with future plans of being able to ship internationally. 

 Shipping Costs are based on a scale adjusted by Shopify. Necknotz uses USPS, UPS and FEDEX for delivery of shipments. Shipping is done on a calculated rate. 

Transparency around returns, changes and cancellations. If the item is a defect within the hand made object shipping will be paid for from Necknotz. If item is defected through normal wear and tear item can be returned to Necknotz and rebuilt for a smaller fee. Shipper will pay for shipping to Necknotz and Necknotz will pay for shipping back to customer. 

Local delivery and buy online, pickup in-store. Local delivery is made to A Bit of carolina and customer is responsible for pickup at store. Customers are responsible for shipping or pick up of item. If item is not picked up or delivered based on customers promise and payment, item may be returned to shelf and customer will  have a choice of merchandise of what is in inventory at that time.
